- Printers & Fax Machines -- $125 for up to one hour of service.
- Copiers -- $140 for up to one hour of service.
- Color copiers -- $150 for up to one hour of service.
Our time block service contract is the most cost-effective plan for companies with several laser printers and/or fax machines. Pre-purchase hours, which are deducted minute by minute at the time of a service call. The hours are automatically renewed when they run out, and they never expire. All parts are billed separately when needed.
Keep your equipment running all year with our yearly maintenance agreement. AOS Express service contracts include parts (fusers and fixing assemblies are excluded), labor, and our four-hour response time to any service call within the AOS service area. If we cannot repair your equipment the same day, we’ll provide a loaner until your unit is repaired.
The Connected Care Agreement is an excellent choice for people who depend on their digital equipment year-round. The AOS Express Connected Care Agreement covers toner, parts, labor, and network connectivity support for your digital work center. This option is billed monthly on a per print basis.
